Drivers aged 21–22 or over 70 can rent by paying an additional insurance surcharge.

• Steering system
• Suspension
• Gearbox
• Oil pan
• Exhaust system
• Minimum repair cost for paint damage: €200, plus parts and labor.

Yes, you can choose:

• Insurance that reduces the excess by 50%
• Full CDW insurance with zero excess

• If the renter is at fault: responsible up to the excess amount
• If the renter is not at fault: the other party’s insurance covers the damage
• If no one accepts liability: AGR will retain the excess amount until the case is legally resolved

The insurance becomes void. The driver is fully liable for all damages and subject to legal penalties.

AGR will arrange for a replacement vehicle as soon as possible, usually on the same day, and no later than within 24 hours.

• A €70 biological cleaning fee applies in cases of:
• Smoking inside the vehicle (especially cigars)
• Transporting pets (due to hair and odors)
• Using the car wet, with swimsuits or wet clothes, which cause moisture damage

• Valid driver’s license
• ID card or passport
• Debit or credit card, depending on the vehicle category

Yes, by prior arrangement. Additional fees may apply.

• For small cars, a debit card with a security deposit is accepted
• For larger categories, a credit card in the driver’s name is required

Yes, as long as there is availability and you notify us in advance. No extra fees apply.

In other parts of Athens, by prior arrangement

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up. No fee if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before pick-up – A fee equal to one day’s rental may apply.
• No-show – If the renter does not appear without notice, up to 100% of the rental cost may be charged.
• Reservation changes – Allowed without extra cost, subject to availability.
• Early return – No refund for unused rental days.
