DRIVING LICENSE: The rented car driver must hold a driving license issued at least one year before the rental date. The driver must hold either a driving license issued by a European Union Member State or an international driving license.
AGE OF THE DRIVER: The minimum age limit is 23 years. For cars belonging to categories E1, M, J the minimum age limit is 25 years.
GUARANTEE: The drivers must be holders of a credit card for reasons of guarantee. If they do not hold a credit card, they can rent only cars belonging to categories A, B, C, E, E1 after depositing a guarantee in cash for the rental, in addition to the rental fee, which shall be refunded to them at the end of the rental period as long as the car is returned as collected.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: One day (24 hours). Each hour of delay upon completion of the 24-hour rental shall be charged with 1/5 of the daily rental fee.
PETROL: The renter must deliver the car with the same petrol quantity as it was delivered.
KILOMETRES: All prices include unlimited klms.
BORDER CROSSING: Is not allowed.
CHANGES: In certain special cases, the company is entitled to change the type of the car.
TRANSPORTATION BY SHIP: It is allowed, in the driver’ s responsibility.
ACCEPTANCE FROM – DELIVERY TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS: Available option, by paying a special fee, upon request.
TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS: All traffic tickets and any other consequences shall burden the renter.
SECOND DRIVER: Is Free of Charge.
GPS: Available upon reservation at a rate of 5 euro per day (VAT included) for rental periods shorter than 10 days and at a rate of 3euro per day for rental periods exceeding 10days. Maximum price per rental 85 euro.
CHILDREN SAFETY SEATS: Available upon reservation Free of Charge.
SNOW CHAINS: Available upon reservation at a rate of 3 euro per day (VAT included) and such fee is charged for 14 days maximum (i.e.36 euro).
RATES: The rates posted on the website may change without notice.
QUOTES: Quotes are valid only for seven days. If the seven days have passed then customers shouldask to be offered a new one that is valid.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellations 3 days prior to delivery of the car, 1 day rental payment is required.
For last minute cancellation of the rental or non show a full amount of the rental is required
